Have you ever sat down to do some work and just ended up watching YouTube videos or being distracted…
For whatever reason you just can’t seem to concentrate…
You know what I’m talking about…
Brain fog…
This is a big problem for Internet marketers working from home…
In fact this is something I sometimes suffer from myself…
It gets to the end of the day and then I realise…
I’ve done nothing productive!
So what do I do when I got a big project on?
Fasting!
Yeah that’s right not eating…
Over the years I’ve done lots of fasts, mainly 24-hour ones..
And a few 48-hour fasts…
There’s one thing that always happens…
My concentration levels go up…
You’d think the opposite would be true…
But you have to think back to when we were hunters and gatherers…
If our concentration levels dropped when we were hungry I guess humans would be extinct by now!
So this week I’ve been trying something new…
A 5 day fast mimicking diet.
That’s where you can eat up to 800 calories per day…
I’ve also been trying to get at least 10,000 steps per day…
How do I feel?
Absolutely fine…
And the best part is I’m getting loads of work done!

Wow it’s been super hot here this week in France…
The mercury hit 37 celsius that’s 100 Fahrenheit yesterday.
I think it’s the hottest it’s ever been here…
However our builder has been hard at work!
Were converting one of our barns into a garage…
I couldn’t believe he carried on working all through yesterday and the heat!
What was I doing yesterday,
I was putting the slides together for a one-day workshop I’m putting on this Saturday…
That’s right this Saturday I’m hosting a special one-day workshop all about traffic generation…
